Elite Radio & Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd (“Elite Radio”, “we”, “us”) operates eliteradio.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to our website, our showroom sales, and our after-sales service.

1. Information we collect

Identity and contact details: your name, email address, telephone number, and delivery address.

Transaction information: what you ordered, when, the amount paid, and your purchase history with us.

Service and warranty information: product model, serial number, purchase date, and details of any fault you report.

Technical information: IP address, browser type, and how you move through our website, collected automatically through cookies.

We never store your payment card details. Card payments are processed directly by Commercial Bank’s secure payment gateway. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and nothing more.

2. Why we use it

To process, fulfil and deliver your order. To contact you about that order. To handle warranty claims, returns, repairs and service visits. To answer enquiries and quotation requests. To meet our tax and legal obligations in Sri Lanka.

3. Marketing

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you product news, offers and service updates. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails and we will stop.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties so that they can market their own products to you.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with organisations that help us serve you:

  • Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
  • Commercial Bank, which processes card payments.
  • CityPak, our courier, which receives your name, address and telephone number so it can deliver to you.
  • Manufacturers — KDK, Audio-Technica, Godrej or Daikin — where a warranty claim requires it.

Each operates under its own privacy terms.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for core shopping functions such as remembering your cart, and for basic analytics so we understand which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Sri Lankan tax and company law requires. Warranty and service records are kept for the warranty period plus a reasonable margin, so we can honour a claim. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Where it goes

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes and stores data on servers outside Sri Lanka. By using this website you accept that your information may be processed outside the country.

8. Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
