Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Damaged or incorrect on arrival
Please check your parcel on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery on (+94) 11 250 0823 or at shoponline@eliteradio.com. Keep the packaging and your packing slip, and send photographs if you can — it lets us resolve the matter faster.
How to start a return
Contact us within the 3-day window by telephone, by email, or through our feedback form, quoting your order number and the product model. Once we have inspected the item we will issue a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the credit.
Warranty
Warranty is separate from returns and lasts considerably longer:
- KDK ceiling, wall, orbital and exhaust fans: 2-year motor warranty
- KDK air curtains: 1-year motor warranty
- Audio-Technica and Godrej products: manufacturer warranty, honoured through our Colombo service centre
For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, the product model and serial number, and a description of the fault.
