Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

To initiate a return contact us via our feedback form within 3 days of delivery. Upon inspection we will issue a replacement or refund.

Warranty: KDK fans/exhaust fans, 2-year motor warranty. KDK air curtains, 1-year motor warranty. Audio-Technica and Godrej products, manufacturer warranty.
