Shipping policy

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka via CityPak courier. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Friday 9.00am–5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am–1.00pm. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times

Colombo and suburbs: typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Outstation: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Elite Radio is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, by weather, or by circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation. If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of ordering, contact our hotline on (+94) 11 250 0823 or email shoponline@eliteradio.com.

Safes, filing cabinets and air conditioning

Godrej safes, lockers and filing cabinets are heavy items and are not sent by standard courier. They are available for collection from our Colombo showroom at 35/3 Nawala Road, Narahenpita, or delivered on a quoted basis depending on your location and access. Select pickup at checkout and we will contact you, usually within 24 hours.

Daikin air conditioning is supplied and installed on a project basis following a site survey. Delivery and installation are quoted separately and are not charged at checkout.

Missed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery to the address given at checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and that the telephone number you provide is reachable. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will contact you to rearrange.

Damaged in transit

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery on (+94) 11 250 0823 or at shoponline@eliteradio.com, keeping the packaging and your packing slip. Photographs of the damage help us resolve it faster.

Collection from our showroom

You are welcome to collect any order from 35/3 Nawala Road, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 during showroom hours. Select pickup at checkout, wait for our confirmation, and bring your order confirmation and photo identification.
