Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order on this website, operated by Elite Radio & Engineering Co. (Pvt) Ltd. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
All products are genuine manufacturer stock sourced through our authorised distribution and agency agreements. Descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout via the available secure payment gateways.
3. Orders & Cancellations
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Elite Radio reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver islandwide via CityPak courier. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Elite Radio is not responsible for courier delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us via our Feedback page to initiate a return.
6. Warranty
- KDK ceiling, wall, orbital and exhaust fans, 2-year motor warranty
- KDK air curtains, 1-year motor warranty
- Audio-Technica and Godrej products, manufacturer warranty; Elite Radio is the authorised service point in Sri Lanka
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
